Handled by the lawyers. Portugal’s legal and fiscal framework shapes every decision — so it is considered from the very start. The legal work itself is carried out by lawyers: your own, or our legal partners. What we add is perspective — thirty years at the Bar gave Sílvia the ability to read the legal dimension of a decision strategically, long before it reaches a desk.

We know the market, builders, architects, engineers and, we supervise and coordinate the entire process between them. Years of coordinating interior design for residences and hospitality, with direct feedback from clients who live in the Golden Triangle, gave us a clear sense of what truly works, in this light, in this climate, for this lifestyle. Years of managing private properties to a five-star, internationally awarded standard allow us to select the best providers for your home and coordinate everything, from maintenance and seasonal care to rental strategy. For owners who rent their property, we ensure the best operational result and the highest quality for your guests.
